Ann Coulter has recently said that she prefers Cindy McCain’s style to that of Michelle Obama. It’s funny that her choice of style just happens to coincide with her political affiliations, but it’s probably just a coincidence.
Well, if looking like Cindy McCain is Ann Coulter’s goal, she should be glad that she’s so bad at achieving it because Cindy McCain looks like she’s made out of silly putty.
Coulter’s style, for anyone that’s not familiar with her, is just to pick anything that liberals like and say the opposite, whether she can make any valid point or not (mostly not). At least Bill O-Reilly, as mean spirited and ill informed as he is, tends to have some kind of a point to this ravings. Coulter’s only purpose is to try to make people mad. Unfortunately, what she hasn’t learned yet is that to make people mad, they have to take you seriously first. How can you take a woman that hate women seriously?
…It would be a much better country if women did not vote. That is simply a fact. In fact, in every presidential election since 1950—except Goldwater in ’64—the Republican would have won, if only the men had voted. (May 2003 interview with The Guardian)
The good news, she still has her jaw wired shut. And right during the press time for her new book, too 😦
Here’s a nice little clip from the archives of Ann Coulter picking two random people off the shelf, saying the opposite about them than what you would expect, then Al Franken showing her up.
Really, she does remind me of Andy Kaufman’s wrestler bit. It has to be a show only intended to make people mad at how “radical” she is. She never takes any time to explain any of her “ideas” in full. No logical stream of thought is ever presented. She only presents anger driven mind farts. I believe she just attempts to reverse arguments that she’s heard others take, but she never bothers to check to see if her arguments make sense. Sure enough, they don’t; at least not any I’ve ever heard. I’ve never heard anyone refer to her as a reference, or claim to agree with her an any subject. Ever. It has to be a show.
